How can I reset my password?
If you are having difficulty accessing your account and need to reset your password you can do this in a few simple steps:
- Select the “forgot my password” on the login screen.
- The next screen will prompt you to enter your email address. Please note that it must be the email address that is linked to your sockooo.com account.

How can I pay for my orders?

How do I apply my discounts?
To apply your discount code, simply enter it in the "Add a discount code" field when viewing your shopping cart. Then, click on "Apply" to see your discount reflected in the order total below.
Please note that only one discount codes can be used per order.

You don't need to create an account before placing an order with us. Once you place an order, a guest account will be automatically created for you. This will allow you to easily track your orders and manage your purchases.
Can I have my order wrapped as a gift or add a personal message?
Currently, we do not offer the ability to wrap orders as gifts or include personal messages. However, we are always looking to improve our services and may introduce this feature in the future. Please stay tuned for updates, and thank you for your understanding.
Can I make changes to my order?

Shipping / Delivery
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package via USPS. Our shipping is basically NO sign for delivery that a courier leaves your package at the door.

Returns & Refunds
All purchases may be returned within 7 days of receiving the items. The product must be unworn and be eligible for return. Refunds may be only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

Returns can be initiated if damages are found upon receipt of the package. Returns are not supported if the label is removed from the product or the product has been used.
